DONATION LEVELS

Butterfly Level - $600.00

This level sponsors and entire family for a 6-month period of time. Each of our families can apply for up to 600.00 of financial aide every 6 months. If their needs are greater (and they often are) we will try to find additional sponsors to help them with specific items through various drives, and networking.

Ladybug Level - $250.00

Many of our families make requests that include payment for an overdue electric bill or cell phone. A family with a sick child MUST have these two things in order to survive. A donation of this size will often cover both, or pay for three family requests at once.

Rainbow Level - $100.00

The Foundation often does food drives for families who are experiencing financial difficulties. It is very difficult to ask for help, and some families are embarrassed to go to a local food bank. This level of sponsorship can provide essential food for a large family, or help pay a small household bill. We also purchase gas cards, or seek donations of such, so that families may have assistance with transporting their child to and from the doctor or specific treatments.

Elmo Level - $50.00

Elmo was Elena’s favorite stuffed toy! She carried him until he had only one eye, and no other facial features! Donations of this level help provide a birthday party for a child, purchase clothing or items that a child may need that are not covered by insurance (special diapers, pads, special utensils, etc.).

General Donations of Any Level - ______

The Foundation works to maintain a small overhead so that our monies can go directly to our services. We do provide so many services that do not actually cost money, but require valuable time. We provide networking, and emotional support, which requires many man hours to say the least. We also drive people to appointments and babysit siblings or the child who is sick.

We understand that many people are struggling these days, and any donation made to us is a generous gift of the heart. There are many ways to give, including of your time. Please call or apply to become a volunteer. As our center grows, we will need more and more people to help us.
